• There are five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and acceptance. Well, I would say there are 6 stages for getting over your ex; the sixth one is blocking them on every social media platform. No stalking their Spotify, no stalking their Instagram stories, no checking for new followers; freedom is next. It is a big, but important step to take. And it is no easy job. Who hasn't been there? The person is no longer part of your life, and it seems impossible to completely let them go when you knew everything about them.
